Bartholomaeus Ringwaldt (1530–1599) was a German Lutheran pastor and hymn writer who made significant contributions to Protestant hymnody during the Reformation era. Serving as a minister in Langensalza, he composed numerous hymns that reflected orthodox Lutheran theology and piety.
