Cecilia Margaret Caspari (1839–1916) was a Norwegian hymnist and daughter of the prominent theologian Carl Paul Caspari. She authored and translated numerous hymn texts in both Norwegian and English, contributing significantly to Lutheran hymnody in Scandinavia and the English-speaking world. Drawing on her father's theological heritage, Caspari created devotional hymns that reflected both pietistic spirituality and scholarly rigor. Her bilingual hymnic work helped bridge Norwegian and English-language Protestant traditions during the nineteenth century, establishing her as an important figure in the development of modern Scandinavian church music.
