Henrietta Luisa von Hayn (1724–1782) was an 18th-century German Lutheran hymn writer known for her significant contributions to Christian worship music. She specialized in composing children's hymns that skillfully balanced theological substance with accessibility for young learners, making complex doctrinal concepts comprehensible to developing minds.
