James Allen Madan

James Allen Madan (1823-1886) was an English clergyman and evangelical hymn writer who served as Vicar of All Saints Church in Cheltenham during the Victorian era. He was a prolific contributor to Victorian hymnals and composed numerous hymns that reflected the evangelical movement's emphasis on personal faith and spiritual earnestness.
